Boonville Schools
Boonville has 4 public schools, one technical education center, and five private institutions. The enrollment in the Boonville Public Schools System is 1604.
Boonville's school system is accredited weith distinction and performance by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Classes are small, with an average student to teacher ratio of 14:1, and our students excel.
Eight to ten seniors routinely earn Bright Flight scholarships from the Missouri Department of Higher Education, signifying that they have scored among the top 3% of all seniors on their ACT and SAT tests.
Band and vocal music programs are particularly strong. In past years, students have placed in all-state band and received I ratings in their vocal, instrumental, and ensemble music in district and state competitions.
Boonville's athletic programs enjoy a long tradition of excellence. Teams routinely win conference, district, and regional championships.
The Boonslick Technical Education Center (BTEC) offers career training and adult education in many diverse fields, including agriculture, education, auto body and automotive technology, business and computers, construction and cabinetry, health sciences, and practical nursing. BTEC courses may be continued for college credit at State Fair Community College.
