Boonville Farmers Market opening April 3, 2010!
The Vendor application and bylaws are now available in the download center. All vendors must complete an application to sell goods at the Farmer's Market. The Boonville Farmer's Market will be at the Orscheln parking lot, 1920 Main Street. This will be the inaugural season for the Farmer's Market and will provide residents with an opportunity to purchase fresh locally produced foods, plants for spring and summer gardens, and beautiful arts and crafts hand made by local artisans.

Boonville is surrounded by lush farmlands in Cooper and nearby Howard County, producing soy beans, corn and raising cattle.
In Cooper county, there are currently 923 working farms, averaging 318 acres. Their contribution to Cooper County’s economy- 47 million dollars in products in 2002.
Some of the produce and products that can be purchased from nearby farms includes: garden vegetables, pumpkins, peaches, apples, flowers, and wine.
